Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your SmartVan account, contact us at support.smartvan@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your registered phone number
• Your name
• The role used in SmartVan
• Any details needed to identify the account

After we receive a valid request, we will delete or anonymise the personal data associated with the account, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup reasons.
